Monthly Personal Training Packages: A Tamarack Health Fitness Center Membership is required to participate in this program.
Standard - $250 a month for 4 sessions per month
Gold - $400 a month for 8 sessions per month
Elite - $600 a month for 12 sessions per month, a custom plan, and weekly progress tracking

Sign up online here, you will be put on a waitlist, and Dan will contact you to plan out what dates and times work best for you to meet with him.  Payment for the package will not go through until sessions have been scheduled with Dan.
