This class is for kids 14+. Minimum of 4 students are needed to run the class, if we do not get 4 we will reach out and discuss other options.
Instructor Information:
With over 20+ years of gym and training experience, Mike has coached/trained individuals from youth to geriatrics to high level athletes to your everyday people. He has competed in high level CrossFit competitions and USAW sanctioned weightlifting meets. Mike truly enjoys taking his experiences and knowledge and applying it to those who are willing to learn and work hard.
