Kieran has a Masters of Science in Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences from Marquette University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from St. Olaf College.
This course focuses on developing the building blocks of a complete athlete through drills, plyometrics, and resistance training. Through building a robust basis for athletic development, athletes are better able to adapt to various stimuli and sport-specific demands. The course will help you move better and give you tools to help develop your athleticism form. These movements and components of athleticism you will learn are evidence-based, developed from a comprehensive understanding of physiological intricacies, stand clear from traditional training in both methodology and performance.
